Global warming



Off the coast of Canada's Baffin Island, polar bears cavort and prowl the ice in search of food. Ice floes are a natural habitat for polar bears, but as the ice melts due to a warming climate, the species faces an uncertain future. Naturalists aboard the National Geographic Explorer share insights about polar bears and their changing habitat.
