The animal agriculture industry rips families apart every day. Given the choice, ewes would stay with their lambs for their entire life. They remain a family unit, they sleep near each other, they graze near each other.
This heartbreaking picture shows the separation of lambs from ewes. This is incredibly distressing for both mothers and their babies.
We underestimate other species’ capacity to form meaningful relationships.The truth is, these individuals suffer immensely, both physically and emotionally.
Don’t be the reason their hearts break.
